1. Contract and services

1.1 Type of contract

Parador del Silo, is a property registered in the Official Tourism Registry of Andalusia with the No. VTAR / GR / 01402, whose essential objective is to offer accommodation to travelers who visit the town of Cónchar, as well as provide local information about the area where the accommodation is located (Valle de Lecrín- Villamena – Granada).

1.2 Type of service

Parador del Silo provides accommodation services managed in a personalized, direct, familiar way and without intermediaries, through a housing rental contract.

2. Contract

2.1 Reservation

The client can manage the reservation verbally or in writing (by email, by phone or via WhatsApp). Parador del Silo will send the reservation confirmation via WhatsApp or by email to the customer.

Once the reservation confirmation has been received, the client must verify that the data is correct. Should there be any errors, the client must notify Parador del Silo immediately, because if they do not do so, the reservation will be confirmed and the customer will waive the right to cancel the contract.

2.2 Occupancy

The reservation is only for the number of people listed in the contract. If the rented property accommodates more people than those listed in the contract, the corresponding supplement will be charged to the client. In addition, it is prohibited to accommodate more people in the rented property than the maximum number of people allowed (12 persons. In the same way, pets are not allowed or parties of any kind whose taking place has not been previously agreed with Parador del Silo.

3. Payment

To receive the reservation confirmation, the traveler has to make a prepayment as an advance, the amount of which will be indicated in each specific case. The remaining payment must be made on the day of arrival, when handing over the keys. The form of payment will be by bank transfer or cash. Checks are not accepted.

4. Guarantees and claims

4.1 Warranties

Parador del Silo is responsible for and guarantees the rental of the property after confirming the reservation. In the event that changes have been made by the owner in the rented house and these have not been communicated, or the information given is incorrect, the owner assumes responsibility.

4. 2 Compulsory cooperation

The tenant must notify the owner within a maximum period of 24 hours of the damage found, both in the building and in the furniture or equipment, so that the corresponding arrangements or repairs can be carried out as soon as possible. Complaints made later cannot be taken into account.

The tenant is obliged to treat the rented property, its furniture and equipment with care, and to notify the owner of any damage that he may cause, assuming responsibility for the repair or replacement costs.

5. Cancellations and changes of reservation

5.1 Cancellations

Once the reservation has been confirmed by Parador del Silo, cancellations of said reservations will be governed by the following criteria:

1.- Cancellations due to covid-19:
A) If due to mobility restrictions that prevent travel. In these cases, 100% of the advance is returned to the traveler, whatever the date of cancellation.
B) If due to contagion and/or quarantine. In these cases, the proportional part of the advance payment of the infected person who cannot travel is returned to the traveler, regardless of the cancellation date.

2.- Cancellations for reasons unrelated to Covid-19:
A) With more than 14 days before the stay: In these cases, 50% of the advance payment is returned to the traveler.
B) Cancellations 14 days before the stay: In these cases, the advance payment is not returned to the traveler.

5.2 Reservation changes

The traveler can transfer the reservation (notifying before the start of the stay) by presenting another tenant who assumes the contractual obligations of the first and under the same conditions. Changes of the object of the rental can only be made by canceling the rental in accordance with the aforementioned cancellation conditions and making a new reservation. Duration and date can be changed according to availability, taking into account the cancellation conditions. Reservations with last minute conditions or with special prices cannot be changed.

6. Protection of your data

The personal data necessary for the procedures of the reservation that the client provides, will be protected according to the data protection regulations against incorrect use.
