The rural house can be rented throughout the year for short, medium or long-term stays. Remember that the duration of the minimum stay is:

• 3 nights, throughout most of the year.
• 5 nights, in June and September.
• 7 nights, in July and August.

Prices

The Parador del Silo rural villa offers competitive, stable and adaptable prices. If you make the reservation on our website, you will find the best price, guaranteed.

The prices are calculated depending on the dates (seasons), the number of people, and the duration of the stay.
There are special prices for longer stays.

How to book

To make a reservation, the traveler has three options:

1. Send an email to paradordelsilo@gmail.com indicating your name, arrival date, departure date, number of passengers and contact telephone number.
2. Send a WhatsApp, to the number +34 676 65 79 10, indicating your name, arrival date, departure date, number of passengers and contact telephone number.
3. Select the dates of stay in the form on this page and follow the instructions that appear on the screen. You must indicate the complete information requested in the form, including the section entitled «invoicing information», where the information of the person making the reservation is requested.

Once the above is done, the traveler will receive an e-mail with the details of their reservation and instructions to make the advance payment. Once payment has been received, the traveler will get an e-mail with full details of their confirmed reservation and the terms & conditions.

Booking terms & conditions

By continuing to manage your reservation, you are accepting the terms and conditions set forth below:

1. To confirm the reservation and secure the accommodation, it is required to pay a deposit; the amount will be duly communicated to the traveler who will accept the agreement and make the payment via bank transfer or direct payment to the owner.
2. The remaining amount will be paid on the day of arrival, on delivery of the keys.
3. Upon arrival it will be mandatory to pay a cash deposit of 200 euros to cover possible damages. This amount will be returned on departure, after reviewing the property.
4. You must follow the accommodation rules. In case of non-compliance, the amount of said deposit may be withheld.
5. Parties, bachelor parties or the like are not allowed.
6. Smoking is allowed in the garden, porch, pool and barbecue area (not in the rooms).
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. Check-in time starts at 16:00 p.m. Check-out time limit is 12:00 noon. Failure to respect these timing may result in an extra charge.
9. The traveler accepts the cancellation and privacy policy of the accommodation.
